Defense in Depth is bringing gamers of all ages together to raise money for their local CMN Hospital.

It’s all fun and games for a good cause, Sunday, February 17, at Defense in Depth.  Gamers of all ages and skill levels are invited to participate in the Super Smash Brother’s Tournament that will take place in the simulator room.  Smash Brothers is a series of crossover fighting video games featuring various characters from Nintendo’s most popular games.

Registration will begin at 12 pm, with the tournament kicking off at 2 pm.  The registration fee is $5 and all proceeds benefit WVU Medicine Children’s.  This is a family friendly event, and all ages are encouraged to participate, however anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Not only will participants be supporting a great cause, but there’s also the opportunity to win a Nintendo NES Classic Edition as the grand prize.  The tournament will also feature special incentives such as joining the Extra Life bracket those who have been eliminated can purchase extra lives to continue.
