Save the Date: October 1 – 31, 2019 – Dairy Queen Round Up For The Kids Campaign
Starting October 1, over 90 participating Dairy Queen locations in West Virginia, Ohio and Maryland are collecting money for their local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, WVU Medicine Children’s, through a campaign called Round Up For The Kids.
Round up campaigns have been one of the most popular approaches with consumers. Round up allows the cashier to round up the customer’s purchase, with the round-up amount going to a charity. Consumers said they preferred rounding up almost 2 to 1 over purchasing an icon for an additional dollar amount. So, as our lovely Dairy Queen partners do so well… they listened to their consumers by implementing the Round Up For The Kids campaign!
Round up is an easy way for Dairy Queen and their consumers to give back to their local community, and in this case, to give back to WVU Medicine Children’s.
